I used it a long time ago, and I was looking for it, but couldn't remember its name.
Thats definitely a good way for prechecking servers.
I remember using it with an ALI decoder over RS232.
The issue was that it was a bit freezy.
So definitely a good tool for prechecking, before modifying your configs.

An additional question, is there an english version somewhere ?
I am not fluent in polish.
