Cccam freeze with premium CLine

Hi guys,

Here is my Vu+ Solo2 configuration:
Openpli 4 updated - Cccam 2.3.0

As suggested Kalpikos I removed the prio file.

My problem: Pictures freeze every 10min up to 20 seconds.
I need to restart my Cccam to reduce my waiting time, It can take 10 seconds to get any picture.
ECM can be very low 300ms.
I use paid "Premium" CLine.


Let me know your suggestions to improve my setup.

using the "premium" cline you should not have problems with quick opening channels. the problem may be with poor internet or try to install again prio file and configure the TV channels.

try to ping your cam server

ping www .camserver .org

to estimate the time response up to the www .camserver .org first hop

- check if no big logs as debug logs are configured
this have a negative load on an operational box


- using (bad) wifi ?

Have you checked your router settings and speed try speed test for your ping and see what you get the lower the better

Also check if your router has the latest soft on it, and even try re-installing ; also taking off all cables of the router and box for a night can do the trick (clear caches/memories). Worth trying ...

Thanks for your replies.

Here some details concerning my connections :
If I ping the cam server from the box:
- with the satlover.ddns.net time=47-49ms
- with the vip-server2 time=31-32ms

It happens on Sky and CSAT providers, especially on HD with a freeze time over 10 seconds.

Using the online internet speed tester:
Ping 25-30ms
Download 7M - Upload 1M

I have a wire connection no wifi : Digital Box + Switch + Router


How can I check if a Cccam log debug has been enabled ?
Do suggest I have to install a prio file ? I tried with different one with no success.

The router I use, come from my Internet Provider.
I already asked my provider to check the broadband. Nothing to notice.
A power switch off/on is enough for an update. And It has already been done.

I tried a direct connection with not other client connected to the router and I had the same freeze pictures.

As breweryfr already said, I suggested to him to remove the prio file when he tell me his problem via PM.

I made this suggestion because many times users are taking a moded prio file which can cause freezing problems.

Obviously, breweryfr didn't notice any improvement and he asked for further help, didn't he?

In order for us to understand better your problem and give you the best peace of advice you have to answer the following questions:

- Do you have the same problem on all providers?

- Do you use satlover's premium line or other?

- What is your ping times for the cccam server that @aplok suggested you?

- Did you noticed any problem with the net when you are using your PC ? what is the ping time for a page?

- What is your results on -speedtest.net

When I ping my Cccam servers: the results are between 25 and 35ms.
The lowest ping time for vip servers.

After an internet test:
Download speed 8M - Upload 1M - Ping 29ms with speedtest.net
and
375Kbps Down - 731Kbps Up with testmy.net . That's strange to me.

My Cccam.cfg contains only CLines no debug log enabled.

The problem appears mainly in HD channels on CSAT & SKY. It happens also on SD but with a short freeze time period.
I didn't try the others providers.

I only use Satlovers Clines.

that means that over 552 key requests, 32 arrived beyond the time buffer
and 520 arrived too late, or not at all
so a due-response rate of 32/552 -> less thant 1 %

... and a success rate of 8/19 ~ 50 % for the secund example
