                hi newbie4 and welcome!

                as @kostis said: please give us some more info ...

                what do you mean with 'port and other 2'? The details of your cline? Entering can be by remote control, by usb, with pc, all depends on the receiver. Did you enter it and do you have connection with *** cards?

                But, going off topic with this a bit ...
