If you want to try an easy patch:
write the second line (where you DON'T want Eurosport) this way:
C: address port user pass no { 0:0:3, 0B00:000000:1005:0 }
The only way is to test it, if it still doesn't work maybe you're using another source for Eurosport and we can try to fix the problem.
Anyway to try is simple, just write exactly that way the line where you want to stop Eurosport...
