    CCCAM Problems

    I have a cline with a server which has been working fine for months, i now have 2x 0963 and its started freezing but only with this one. Both are showing as hop 1 so i cant reduce the hops. I'm guessing that the cam is switching between the 2 cards causing the freeze, is there a way i can isolate one if so how?

    What stb do you have? Too isolate one line on my vu+ you just stick a # in front of the line you want to ignore.

      I have a vu+ solo. The cards are coming through on the same line so if i put a hash it will disable all the cards.

        Have a look at CCcam.prio files It can be used on client side in Var/Etc it gives priority & ignore certain CAID's & Providers. The file speeds things up on the box it's used on. I am not much used to them but other members can guide you.

          Oh ok, so you want to ignore certain providers? Ok, I ignore sly uk on one of my lines like this.
          If my line looks like this:

          C: f*****s.w*****p.me 1***** u****** U*****

          I just add

          no { 0:0:2, 963:0 }

          so it looks like this:

          C: f*****s.w*****p.me 1***** u****** U***** no { 0:0:2, 963:0 }

          This line should then ignore sly u.k.
          Take note of the space as well.

            To complete bokkie post , you can put all ignore providers on your prio file.
            I made a reply explaining how to do this correctly on Cccam.
            Mainly is simple like that

            # situation 1: ignore allways this caid, all idents, on all channels
            # I: caid
            #
            # situation 2: ignore allways this caid/ident pair
            # I: caid:ident
            #
            # situation 3: ignore this caid/ident pair, on channel 'sid'
            # I: caid:ident:sid

                With 0:0:2 you allow all provider with 3 hops.
                If you specify 963 (Sky UK) ,you have to specify the hops you want { 963:0:2 } ,for example for 3 hops

                  0:0:2 depending on the receiver
                  some reads 0 as hop 1 some read hop1 as hop1

                    Re: CCCAM Problems

                    Try to modify your cccam.prio file in the way that you put a I in front of the cards. Download a example cccam.prio file you will quick figure out that the cards that have a I in front of the line are the cards that should be ignored.

                    This way makes cccam protocol much much faster, because he does not look for the cards that have I in front of the card.
