I would like to know if i can use cccam control center 1.5 to see on my pc desktop how my server is working and other information. my pc is connected to router.

Yes, you can see info about your server. There is another alternative program
for this purpose which I'm using - cccaminfophp 1.5.

Or Nabilo Black Hole image that has it embedded as well as different cccam.cfg lines for different sets of servers and for unloading of cam.
