192.168.1.2/16001/servers????

I have a bit of a problem I have had to reinstall windows but forgot to write down the address to enable me to see the servers which I have running and which show server uptime and also which servers are working. I remember it being something like 192.168.1.2/16001/servers which I have tryed but had no luck. I know that the ip address changes eg 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.3 I have checked and I have the right ip as I can log in to the enigma web interface. Any ideas please?

it shall be your box ip and then :16001

Change the "/" in ":" between ip address and port

192.168.1.2:16001

or try to install a plugin that show these information like CCcam Panel
