Control Clines ?

Hello Friends,

my question is, when I get a File wit 500 Clines.

It give a program ? that I can put this 500 CLines and he say me which server are active ?
So I can exclude from the config the Dead lines.

Ok, if it possible that, it give a programm that he can say me which providers i can see in this active cline ?

For example I can exclude all clines that have not Portuguese providers.

So if that is possible in final I have all clines that are interesting for me. Active lines and just that let me see PT providers.

Any Help was very appreciate.
