- Fix double cccwantemu parameter in oscam.server
- Add checkbox to use old account parameter (account=username,password).
- Add possibility of converting directly without using the GUI, just call the program with parameters using the sequence : Param1=cccam.cfg, Param2=oscam.server and Param3=oscam.user (ie: cccam2oscam.exe c:\cccam.cfg c:\oscam\oscam.server c:\oscam\oscam.user)
- Add error handling when parsing the lines from cccam.cfg.

i think it's a converter from CCcam and Newcam for Oscam just to avoid syntax mistakes while writing servers parameters on Oscam.server file
