If there is a few clines in the cfg file and one of them is freezing will it effect the other clines or your viewing?

The freezing one shouldn't affect anything else, as it will only be used on the channels the other line cannot decrypt.

But you can configure the line to ignore cards that the other C lines provide if you want to be double sure.

Have a look at cccam.cfg. Search for "# connections" and underneath there are a few examples on how to do it.

The basic syntax is

C: <hostname> <port> <username> <password> <wantemus> ( { caid:id(:uphops), caid:id(:uphops), ... } )

So to ignore CAID 555 from a certain C line, you would have something like

C: <hostname> <port> <username> <password> <wantemus> ( 555:0:0, 0:0:0 )

and is there a way to configure it so it uses the best Cline at the time?

I don't know of a way of doing this.

Because it is very overloaded. Maybe more users use the same login at the same time.

Yeah but everybody can takes the line which you right now use and try to connect.Those permanent connections attempts and the many users at the same time causes server overloading. If you have already connection with one C Line and have freezes within, it does makes sense to change it with other. I think when the server is overloaded it doesnt matter which C Line you use.

If someone is using the same c line that you want to connect to, then you cant connect. It will say disconnected. So if you are connected and its still freezing, then its either because someone is "trying" to use your c line, or, the most likely reason, it is the servers fault. Overloaded or other problems.

The freeservers works perfectly the first hours after a change, like the ports, username.., but in few hours freezing again.

Server 3 is never going to work perfect for the whole day. When the ports change daily, everyone rushes to put the new c lines in, and it therefore overloads the servers. The only way to get a better line is to get access to server 4. Even these servers are not perfect so I would expect buying the premium server is the only way to have the best possible service provided by the site.
