[Request] How to reshare with DM

How can provide me (us) a step-by-step guide on how to reshare a CLine in a lan ?

I own 3 DM (7020, 500C, 500+) and one of them is running a CLine provided by my neighbor.

The server is setup to allow me to reshare the line with other boxes, so I want to connect the 7020 which is running the Cline to the other two DM500.

What's the right procedure to run the DM7020 as server and the two DM500 as clients ?

All you should need to do is add two F lines in your cccam.cfg on the 7020

F: DM500_1 pass1
F: DM500_2 pass2

Now on the two DM500s, add a C line to each cccam.cfg file.

DM500 1
C: IP_OF_7020 12000 DM500_1 pass1

DM500 2
C: IP_OF_7020 12000 DM500_2 pass2

This assumes you haven't changed the port number in the cccam.cfg file on the 7020.

And there should be no need to mess around with port forwarding as you are sharing on the LAN.

ok seems to work but I get only 7 out of 79 cards... what's wrong ?

You are getting one less hop than the 7020 (the two client DMs are connecting via that).

There isn't really a way around that other than getting your neighbour to give you three C lines (one for each box).

Correct 100% .

Propably your friends F line look like this
F: <user1> <pass> <uphops> <shareemus> <allowemm>

F: faccione pass 2 0 0

Or the servers he gets his 79 cards has some similar limitations regarding uhops ....

So as tonybod told you tell him to give you 2 more lines and you will be ok.

If you can get it changed to
F: user pass 3 1 1

It might work (the two client boxes on your network could access up to three hops of his).
