If your receiver support 3G, then yes you can. The quality is not the same but for some it might be perfect. You can try it out

I'd use an internet key on a pc, then you can both share on it, or set up a net with a decoder.
Of course, what I said about some providers, like SK* IT (=impossible without freezes) is still worth...
