I think this is probably an impossible question to answer, given that it relates to the Country or region that you are living in and also the size of your dish setup. Channels that open for one person will not open for another because of reception difficulties, all I can suggest is the hard way, trial and error, once you have ensured that you have your system optimised.

I don't think that there is a way to find which channels are working or not by using a program or a plugin on your box.
I believe that you can see what channels are working by testing one by one in front of your tv and your receiver.

Also. you can find which provider can be opened by using the cccam info page.
