I need you to guide me how to build a cccam/cardsharing server, i just have a computer and
and I need a complete list of
the tools I need for it. I will

You dont need any tools just an install script to make it easy.
I asume you gonna use a Linux distro, wich one you want to use?
Debian & Ubuntu are the most popular.

Debian is slightly smaller in size compared to Ubuntu but there appears to be more support for Ubuntu so get the latest build and an install script with an Omnikey or Smargo and away you go.

First, you should specify how many cards you have and how many users you want to manage.
A pc is not always the best choice to build a cs server.

for example i have only one card..
i want build server by using pc only
so what shoud i prepare

please spezifie your questions. It is realy easy to build a cccam or oscam server with a linux pc.
