Check how many cards a server has

    Hi guys,
I have a simple question for expert users.
How can I check how many local cards are present in a server, without a Linux box?

Re: Check how many cards a server has

If you have a dvb card with proper software, such as progdvb + hadu, you can check it very easily from monitor window in hadu.

Use Cccam.info program writen for windows. That way when you define right settings for PC IP and box IP Cccam.info for PC will act much better then linux E2 box plugin. There are much better and richer options in this software.

You mean without watching software in the box or without any box?

        Without any box, see #3.

Another way is the cccam-webinterface, but for that a box with cccam must be online.

          hi mate

Why you don't tell us the box name ?
All boxes are not the same.
Many of them have a special way to see the cards or other infos.

If You are using CCCam check this by webinterface IPdream:16001
            Previously, adding lines to CCcam.cfg

Is this possible on a TM5402HD by any chance? I have always wondered but found it very limited in this sense...

In Hadu: double click on server line in monitor and look what's inside.
In Flycccam: you can see the number directly in the line of server in monitor.
In Acamd...don't remember, I must check it at home...

I've downloaded this software (ver. 1.21), installed but it doesn't work.
The software started MS Iexplorer and then nothing and it ends...
Is there something special to notice before?

I check clines and servers in my receiver with cccam and the webinterface, but back to original question:

Is there a way to check the server (cline) without a receiver or a dvb-card only with pc or laptop ( and not cardsharing_info ! )?

Post #3 doesn't really work for me...

simple way that you use ping command to server.

I don't agree, I'm not so skilled about web and scripts to be sure about such important things, but I asked a friend of mine to control it, and he found nothing to concern about, only a script that ask connection to CCcam.
Anyway, think about how many trash is tested all the time, I think that, even if they want, it's impossible they can rip useful data...
I do use that site, now.
