cline checkers for users using a satellite box instead of a computer tv card

So reading the the previous post, my understanding is that you should not use cardsharing info site to check whether the cccam line is functioning.

but all the other solutions provided are for people using computer satellite cards. i have a yumatu hd box and i cant use any of the software provided to check the cccam lines.

is there a way that can help me solve my problem?

I personal would like to investigate this further. if basic windows tools such as telnet/ping can be used to check these lines. I would write my own windows script to check lines. thus ensuring any lines i check are safe.
Might have a little play an see. I imagine i wont be able to see the status(green, orange, red, grey) like the aforementioned website.

ecsbox360 thanks for the concern, i dont think this website that i used to use before to check the clines is actually doing something very complicated. it should be some basic computer codes that anyone with a fair knowledge of computers should be able to solve without much hassle.

One of my frustrations in this site and overall the net is that there is very little knowledge for viewers using satellite boxes(not very popular ones) rather than computer tv cards.

Why don't you just try the clines to check they connect immediately or not? If not, just take another one (in case of satlover server 3 you just need to change 1 field).
Best to try directly after the new lines are posted by satlover (server 3 daily, server 4 each 3 days).

Pan thanks, just entering 16 characters from the remote can be time consuming. I did have arranged the 3 of the 7 ports i have on my satellite box but now that i can use the clines from server 4 which has a high demand the ones i enter often fail to connect.

plus i sometimes try to search ****** for newcamd servers for aljazeera sports on hotbird and entering them by hand takes a considerable amount of time.

I wish there was an easier of way of making sure that those servers were actually operational

I don't know your yumatu hd box, but on several boxes there are other ways to enter clines (file/usb) - use the search function on eg 'enter' or so.

I guess mine is a pretty old version, I never updated the software, just bought it with the software already installed in it and now not having many manuals regarding this receiver restricts my ability to install anything. that is why i manually enter the cccam servers from here and the bisss keys i find from other sites.

and aside from this do you have an idea where i should go on this forum as for starter. i think something like cccam for dummies books.

it cant be that old if is an HD box. try you **** and watch a tutorial for similar box.

You're right! Don't use this site to test personal or satlovers lines.

It's not necessary because satlovers lines work when they are actually written here in the board.
__cardsh._info works with pings, ok on the first view harmless, but it saves the lines you test there. Some call it cline-thiefs.

Alternative is only to write an own script (as written above) or test in box (lets say 5-7 lines simultan). Perhaps in near future a good program-script is written and helps with this known problem.

I totally agree that we shouldn't trust black box sites or programs to check clines, but writing a program is not so trivial and can't be done with simple shell scripts.
Clines test goes at least through 3 steps:
- connecting
- logging
- requesting ecm (and getting answer)

Unluckily the last two steps are tightly related to ccc*am protocol that is not public, and I couldn't find any sample source code about it.

thanks for the ******* post kostis, just that i know how to add satellites but not sure how to change the encryption system and other more complicated things that are far beyond this thread i think. but still thanks

as for gianni, my question is if this site can do it, it should not be that complicated.i mean it is pretty fast and do they send hundreds of clines to a server and then see if it is on? that would require a pretty complicated server base.

well maybe i am totally off, and this thing of checking clines is impossible unless your satellite connection comes to you.

also i cant connect my laptop to the box, so i think looking for the cccam files from there is not an option right?

OK, that's a problem.
Then it's very uncomfortable to test with the box.
Large amount test like on cardsharing_info is impossible then.

I've heard about a program that works very equal to this site. But it had a few bugs.

i have had the similar problem last year and wanted to see if there were any changes since. here is the link for the program you might have heard about. it works well in some cases but does not work with newcamd or very new cccam protocols
