This system must have a proper hardware as decoder and, as far as I know, there aren't both servers and clients able to cs and powervu.

Powervu decoders are used by broadcasters only and Cost £1000's i doubt you will ever see this anytime soon.

Povervu coding system is tied to a specific tuner, so clines viewing is not possible, only the purchase of official access card

PowerVu is not Card based you have to have an official Scientific atlantic PowerVu decoder which is authorised for use and activated by Scientific atlantic them selves this encoding system will never be broken trust me.
