Satlover cccam is very stable and have a good ping, so your problems maybe caused for a low bandwidth or an old graphics card, or low memory ram if you are using a pc viewer. If you use a box, then I imagine your problem is internet or a wrong configuration. To avoid freezes the best is a good internet bandwidth. I use hadu and sometimes get freezes but not too much.

From experience server is the main reason you get freezes .
Receiver and software come second but important none the less .
Each receiver has a best combination of software / cccam version .
