Hi,
It's more a question to the moderators.

I did ask it on the middle of another topic and i was invited to open a new topic for this mater.
So, we are a good number using twin tunners on the same receiver, and i'am interesed in using PIP time to time, especialy during news or for see when a program do start, but it makes the receiver using 2 times a cline ; One time for the channel we see, , a 2nd time for the channel on the window of PIP.

I wonder if moderators of satlover clines do allow the use of PIP ?

rules are as you no doubt know.
only 1 line allowed from each server.

Yes, i understand that, it's clear that we can use only 1 line and not 2 or more.

In my case, i'am using only "1 line" , but when using the PIP , the receiver automatically will use the same line for open the channel on the PIP window , right ?
So , is it allowed to use the same line twice at the same time ?
I don't know how ECM and IP information will be read by moderators when using PIP, so , i prefer to ask.

I agree with toby, but as said (in the other - think closed and/or deleted topic): until you have an answer on this one, best not take the risk - logic sense says ECM will be higher (double), with possible banning as result .

Why not use a free cline from another site as well as Satlover being a newbie then you will only have access to server 3 on a freebie. In my experience the channels don't open quick enough for PIP on server 3 to make any sense.

why not get premium line here if you want better viewing, have not got myself, but if a premium member can confirm, i think you get 2 personal lines.

I believe thats what it says on the Premium Servers page if i'm not mistaken

its all a little confusing
what i understand of the rules its 1 free cline or server 2 or server 1 pr box
and a dm8000 i think it was has 2 tuners
but its still only 1 box with 1 ip/mac address as far i know
and if you buy a premium cline
you are still only allowed to use those 2 clines in 1
box

pip is used with same c-line, no problem to use this, rule of only 1 satlover c-line at the same time is respected.
