Check line details

I bought box with gift but line not visible just wonder if I have to change box how I can transfer details ? Y line is not visible?

It's s 11 open box while changing channel its shows newcmnd green that means its working through active line all channels working fine when I go network settings there is no active online even there is no line at all

In openbox the line details are usually shown in the
Menu>Network Settings>CCcam Client Setup>Manage config files>1:CCcam.cfg
Here You will see all the active and non active lines, C lines and N lines. If your box is not showing any line then you will have to contact the seller and ask about the line. They might be able to guide you o this. My thinking is that the seller won't allow you to transfer the line to another box, thats why they kept it hidden.

chasif I think you will find the seller will not reveal how to get the line mate. I have a Spiderbox so has toby69 he will confirm that we don't have access to the line either. The sellers will never tell you he would rather you bought another box of him. At the end of the day I dear say you have what you paid for.

chasif, the box you bought is married to the gift only. its a big selling scam, i never bought for gift, hd was my priority.
