Hello i have had a spiderbox for nearly a year with the gift patch on and now would like to try to connect to some c lines but unsure how to add these lines and what pass words to use any help would be greatfull

You can use the free c lines from satlover's server you have access to.
a line from satlover's server will look like this.
C: cccam.satlover.com 12345 C1234567_1234567E www.satlover.com no { 0:0:3 }
Host Name: cccam.satlover.com
Port: 12345
Username: C1234567_1234567E
Password: www.satlover.com

You can ignore: no {0:0:3}

Try to put the line in the CCcam server.
Use only 1 line at a time ( You have access to only one server)

Hi I would just like to know if there is anythink to tell you that you are conneted to a server apart from going to channels you think will be open

Peter, if you look in the client setup menu (<-PR button) it will say either connect or disconn. If it says connect it will also say the number of cards that are connected. Incidentally just because it says it has *** number of cards connected doesn't automatically mean it will decrypt the channel for you as it depends on a number of factors!

You also have to be patient about opening channels ; due to eg different sats, packages and encryptions it can easily take up to 10 second before a channel opens. Once you'll more familiar with this channels, you'll more feel when you have to wait or not.

hi peter48, and welcome to the best, you found it at last.
i have spider7000 box, if you could put box info etc, would be more help.
in a spider box when entering a line dont add the C: bit, and ignore this bit as well {00:00:03} at the end of a line, dont forget capitals as well, the free lines to test are at top of page last on right, dont forget to scroll down well to see, any questions ask, had my spider quite a while now and have found a good decent box.

I would also suggest trying a cline at about 4 p.m. as this is when they are updated.
the server you have access to becomes very overloaded at peak times.
Do you have a motorised or static dish?

Not usual, but there's always a chance that a certain cline isn't 'good'. When after entering you don't connect (should connect almost instandly), try with another cline (only 1 field has to be changed).

Even if the server is very busy you should get some picture.
I was going to suggest that if you have a motorised dish try one of the packages that are less glitchy. 23.5e is normally very good on mr satlovers servers.

Hello every one I have a spiderbox900 which I get network menu with user password and user is extra I have a moterised dish. had a few attempts last night of adding some lines but this is like a hobby takes time to work out remember the time when first tryed to patch old Technomate it took me a while )

Try some of the free clines on a few different satellites, but not more than 1 at a time or you'll get banned.
