it is correct. For convenience you should use software "STBHD_LAN_MM" that connects the decoder to PC.

          I would suggest to
          * Download a CCcam.cfg file and open it with notepad.
          * Copy the whole line to that notepad file. Store the whole file on a USB stick.
          * Insert the USB Stick into your box.
          * Go to Menu> Network Setup> CCcam Client Setup>Update Files by USB>CCcam.cfg(CCcam Plug)
          >Press Green> Press Yellow
It will read the USB Stick and will show a message that " New Accounts Found"
          * Exit> Manage Config Files> CCcam.cfg> Find your newly added line from the list. Select it.
          * Go out of the menu. Restart your Box and then line will become active with the restart.

When you do this the first time its seems to be difficult but later you can add many lines at the same time with few clicks. Its far better than enterning a cline via remote.

          Good Luck

            hi mircochick

just wondering: do I get it right that when you have more clines, you only have one CCcam.cfg-file form which you can choose which line you want to be active? Or do you have to put '#' before the inactive lines?
If so, maybe I could try this on my mvision (will probably not work, but who knows) . Any idea where I can find such a file (for my mvision)?

@pan1100, you can enter as many clines as you would like in the same cccam.cfg but openbox will accept only a few out of them, may be 50 or 57, not sure though. You could also put nlines the same way as c lines. When you update via usb then all the clines and nlines appear in the same place on the box. I havent came across of such a way to put # for inactive lines. You could simply delete them or deactivate them via remote.
I am not aware of such a file for MVision,If you can't find any file on this website then ****** is the best tool. Some of the senior board members might be able to suggest something.

              Good Luck
              I like your new car!!

That doesnt matter because openbox S9, S10 and S11 are almost identical in software.

Yes, the cccam.cfg gets updated when you do a firmware upgrade of the box. There are many firmwares with different versions of cccam.cfg available. As its a built in linux based system therefore you can't do much more with it. You just have to accept whatever comes in with the firmware.
By the way, There's a dedicated "Thanks" button, according to the Forum Rules!

                      hi

Been looking around, but didn't found more info yet about my mvision ; all I know is I can't change anything besides loading new firmware. No info found about cccam.cfg or cccam version. Basically same as you: built in linux. Will keep on searching (when time is found).

Ok, but of topic, but wanted to add anyway.
