any key editor or similar like (btkam) on dreambox enigma2 with no internet connection

you can download satankeybundle or similar
and upload it to your box
that vill give you some channels but not many
and probably not any in your language

and I would like to add that you must install a cam.

You can use the latest version of mgcamd 1.38

Download it directly from your box and install it.

Then use a ftp program like DCC and transfer the files to var/keys.

there is an option to use offline cs on 7E, but you'll need a twin tuner.
