sly broadband/ phone package is there a problem?

hi i am subscribed to phone, tv and broadband package to sly and i am encountering problems with my tm 5402 which is directly attatched to my router through an ethernet cable. is it possible that sly is aware of the box and is directly or indirectly interfeering with the download and upload to the box? and if so is there a way around this problem or do i need a new broadband provider?

No problem mate dont worry about it i use to have the same box and same provider and never encountered any problems, saying that i would nor recommend sharing through that provider and what i mean is your own subscription. But as you already know the 5402 is a client only box.

Do another test with you line by rebooting your router and box and also keep everyone from using the internet while you test your box just to be on the safe side

as digicon says your 5400 is not a sharing one, you could also if you bit worried change provider, and receive sky from payserver, i got a good deal with a pay server £65 for 18months all spts films hd, i bet you paying about £55 a month.

But CS for SKY UK that works only with NDS Videoguard I don't know. Do you have a glitch free CS or are there glitches. The guy that is paying £55 will have a glitch free viewing, but you I don't know. If it is a opposite then you must connect to a very good server

Not a good idea to use $ky broadband for card sharing for the obvious reason.
you're just increasing the risk.

I use the same server as Toby and can confirm that the service is virtually glitch free and the customer service is second to none. $ky UK only.

i got on sever a bit before pjmuk hi mate, and confirm his service is excellent, e done that deal for me that was only on offer for few days, tip if you after server, keep checking various servers but good ones for deals now an then. have never had sub from murdock an never will. phone hacker b****rd.

I've just been watching football on S*y S1 HD with Clines from here (premier). I was very impressed, not completely glitch/Freeze free, but very watchable.

I agree if you want to look on all the sats then its a good deal here ,but iam not sure about customer support as i have asked for an unworking cline to be changed a few times but not happening which does'nt inspire me to renew,otherwise happy with other sats but not nds due to only one working cline,had a test on another server over the weekend nds perfect great customer support but i like my multy sats so i hope things work out here.

Hi scooterman. I'm surprised you haven't got sorted with your bad cline yet. As I said in an earlier post I had one that didn't work, so I pm'd Satlover explaining the problem and he gave me another one right away that did.

got a new cline tonight from Mr satlover and now have 2 working clines,it makes a big difference and nds almost perfect,if service stays good like this then iam happy to stay on this server .
No it was a N/line test buddy and it was 100% stable not one glitch over 48hrs
plus you get Thor as a bonus,but not enough for a sat hopper.
But iam pleased with this server long may it continue.
