should i ignore channels in prio file

can any body tell me is it ok to innore channels in prio file as when il look at cccam providers there are a lot of these
01000006 "( FAKE ) ID"
01000007 "( FAKE ) ID"
01000008 "( FAKE ) ID"
now would i be better to then go into prio file and all the fake ids i found in the ccam providers file and ignore them
