I too am also interested in doing a similar thing as you. As my dish is currently static - at 28E I only wish to receive the one CAID 0963 and filter out every other caid.
Id prefer as many cards of the type 0963 so dont wish to restrict to a single hop. Or is this a bad thing to do, and I should be looking to restrict to a single hop?

I hope someone knows the answer...

well from my point of view i have motorised dish but i have found on some servers even though they have share some are not good so i filter out caids which dont work but to be honest some of my hop 3 i wouldnt go back any further are better than some locals so now i have some one with 10 shares of diffrent caids but testing not many are that good so thats why i want to only recieve the caid above and not anything else from this server
but like i said i dont know if its possible by doint the above to the cline which i have from them

after reading somewhere else this is what you would have to do
C: test.no-ip.org 12000 test1 test1 no { 0:0:0,0960:0:2,0961:0:2,0963:0:2 }
you have to use 960 961 963 as all sky uk now its up to you wheteer you go 2 or 3 at end i would go there then go down to 2 on the ones which are no good as i have some hop 3 with a beter percent of ecm good than those on hop 2 even hop 1

you shall actually find out what card u dont want
zap to the channel you don't want
then look at the ecm file located in temp
now you shall write this in your cccam.cfg
and remember this is a quote from cccam-cfg

you need the share to set in instead of what there stay above after ignore mode
