how can i filter rubbish

i have a dreambox 800 hd sharing with about 25 what the best way to optmize my sharing would i be better usineg the filter on cam info or is there another way which would be better to get a more stable server

also is it better to use prio file and if so where do i put it i have dreambox 800hd with enigma 2 and black hole image
