No, there is no package like that unfortunately. I think first package that used this technology was Boom Romania and they are not sharable for years.
Recently, more platforms joined and there is no solution yet. According to some very smart people in CS scene, it cannot be solved easily and it demands a lot of money and equipment even just to try working on it.
So I guess we need to say bye to all those packages and hope that others wont go in this direction that fast

OTE Greece has invested in telecommunications in almost all countries in Eastern Europe,Bulgaria,Romania,Serbia...the first step was to buy satellite TV platform Boom tv then started against card sharing and the result was no sharing BOOM TV.the past few years since then and nobody managed to break the system,and they have now passed to the next stage for Dolce,Total tv and Bulsatcom and the result can be seen, these platforms do not open sharing tv.

That is not Boom! Take a good look at the picture.It says Focus Sat and encryption is Conax, not N*S.
And how is OTE exactly related to TotalTV???

Please try,If you have card to share with Boom TV on Amos 2 at 4.0°W opens you will see that ,now been made public.
