I think it is possible you just have to have a Linux based reciver (Dreambox, Dbox, Vu+, ...) in combination with some CAM (CCcam, Oscam, ...) . I do´t have unfortunetly a HD reciver just a Dbox 2 so I can tell you regarding the HD channels but all other non HD channels are working on server 3 and server 4.

Sure you can. I think the satellite Astra 19.2 E broadcasts the program only at night ...

On the 19 E I don't know, (well I just tried but at the mom the channel is on pause) but on the 9E Satellite yes.

I think it is on the canal+ france bouquet or transmittet over their platform

Yes the penthouse HD channel work.My receiver found this Channel twice.One of the both Channels work

dunno about it works on server 4 and 3
but it works on server 2
