Monitor your server
It is generally good idea to monitor server activity everyday. Check out for the users who are inactive for number of days, check out if they still need your server.
Always notify user before deleting his Fline and tell them to delete cline from receiver , this will avoid unnecessary request to your server and hence less load or work for the server.
