in the above i understand 0963 is sly but whats 0960 i thoght to recives all at hop3 and sly at hop one it woyuld be like below please correct me if i am wrong

Correct me if I'm wrong ..., but, as far as I know, as a client, you can't change hops or decide what and how you become " served ".

Yes, that's what I said (kind of)

I dont have that provider, but according to my providers file:
09600000 "S*Y UK (28E)"
09610000 "S*Y UK (28E)"
09620000 "( FAKE ) ID"
09630000 "S*Y UK (28E)"

If just 0963 works for you, then just leave out the other 2 caids, and you end up with

C: <hostname> <port> <username> <password> no { 0963:0:1, 0:0:3 }
