help needed with CCcamInfoPHP v0.8.6

can any bod please help i have installed CCcamInfoPHP v0.8.6 on my pc when i open it up iget this

Port:

User:

Password
what do i put in to these boxes is the server my dreambox or my router and the port is it the one i give out in my cline and password is it the password for ftp login

Server: your dreambox ip

Port: dreambox web port defolt is 16001

User: your username for ftp conecting dreambox defolt root

Password defolt is dreambox if u dont change before
