help with cline please

can any body help i would like add extra to clines i have had what i would like to kow is it possible to put somthing in the cline so i only get sky on hop1 or local but recive any other card on hop to 0r 3 as i have a cline which has sky on hop2 but the ecm times are very high but also i have one on hop 1 but it seem that i am connected more to the hop 2 one with high ecm than hop one with low ecm i have seen something like this

C: anyone.dyndns.org 12000 anyuser anypass no { 0:0:1, 0963:0:2, 093b:0:2 }

This takes the peers local plus sky uk & sky italia from hop 2

but i want to take sky at local or hop 1 but any other card at hop 2 or 3

i have it in this way no { 0:0:3, 0B00:0:2 , 090F:0:2}
do i only get viasat and canal digital nordic in hop 2
