How can I use my VPS with my Newcamd server?

I've just made newcamd server using mpcs and it uses AKAI-SHUICHI.no-ip.biz as host
how can I make my domain "www. domain . com" as the host?

What files do I have to upload or do I have to choose another program for my newcamd server to do that?

server @ your home or @ hosted VPS?
you need to add your IP in domain's dns settings

thanks for your reply. but will the traffic of users affect mainly my internet or the internet of the vps?
