I can't see Animal Planet

With server three I can see all channels perfectly
The interesting is that in Sky Italia, for example:
NatGeo, History Channel, Animal Planet are the same pack
then I think that the card that decode History Channel will decode Animal Planet
but this doesn't occurs
The channels NatGeo, History Channel, and blah blah blah with a beautiful image and Animal Planet seems cut , like this:

That looks like a software problem on the box. Some of the picture is decoded, just not all.

Do you have the latest software for your receiver?

I'm using the last progDVB, Hadu and server three
I can see everything... just Animal Planet in Sky Italia not
I can see Animal Planet in Cifra+ (Polish/English) but not in Sky Italia (Italian/English)

I'm really newbie with progDVB (about 20 days) then the channel list is update... i think

Weird problem: tried using a different video codec? I have no problem watching that channel with DVBviewer.

Or else post here the SID,TID, video and audio pids and I'll confront them with the ones I have, but I doubt there is a problem in there.

check your ping time to server because nds change codes rapidly than other systems

It could be a signal problem, what is your signal level and quality on that channel ?

Also i had problems with progdvb and codecs, what you have to do i firstly install ffdshow then in progdvb on Options at Video -> Codecs put them all on ffdshow then just Apply and OK

The simptom was identical but i had black stripes instead of white

The original post was made in October. It would be nice to hear from the OP as to whether this was resolved or not, and what the solution was.

Otherwise its not worth resurrecting dormant posts.

I bought a dm800 !!!!!!
too much problems using my PC
