please tell me the procedure of card sharing with out internet connection because some people use cardsharing on dreambox and openbox with out internet can i use satlover c line on openbox receiver with out internet connection please sir help me

You can create a intranet and share your card with other devices but to share a card outside your Intranet you need Internet to connect with the cars informations

Other way is use vplug but you can't share all cards
Try vPlug maybe will resolve your problem

Well, things like dongles do not need an internet connection...

i think that dongle don't work well with dreambox (or others boxs that don't have Twin Protocole option!)

A wifi bridge with a mobile dongle will work. If you setup the wifi through the computer and connect via an ethernet it should be ok, provided you can get a mobile dongle... Depending on the package you want open the speeds will vary obviously. Clearly, this does require some sort of internet, but not the internet you may be implying...

My friend they using softcam keys, and emulators for softcams.

There are two files SoftCam.key and constant.cw.

This means they only need to update time to time or in some cases almost never those files and they can watch some channels and providers without having an active internet connection. That's all.

Yes but softcam is usefull only in old platform. Now a lot using Seca II - Merlin and only way is sharing

I don't think you can use satlover server without internet connection at all. You will definitly need an internet connection
