Asymetrick line is a line that has not the same upload speed and donwload speed. You can test you upload and download speed on the following website

You can share you local card as long as the cam allows it.
Not everything can be reshared if not implemented. For example the latest ecm legnth change for 100:00331 can not be reshared.
