newley realeased The Comos app it lets you connet without a browser that means no wifi or data.
if you can send a sms then you can use it but it does not say if there is a sms charge or not the app is now on the play store for free but it is a bit snaggy.

Io post is a little confused...could you please give more details since I cannot find any App on the store with the characteristics you provided.

Like I said it was a little snaggy and has now been removed from the play store.
What it did was when you entered a url into a sms with the app it went to the site decompressed the tsite and removed the pics then your reply came back it uncompressed the site on your phone.
