It had been posted by a admin of that website. I don't see another nickname to compare with satlover member. That's a shame as we wan't to avoid posting c-lines on other sites.

I've seen c-lines from this site posted elsewhere.

Unless the poster is silly enough to use the same nick on other sites there's not much that can be done to prevent members abusing this site.

Afterall it only takes a few minutes to create another account on the site where the lines are copied to plus using a proxy server the ip address can be masked.
