As already other guys said, there is an IPTV section where a general discussion is occurred but with confusedly info.

What exactly do you have in your mind?

I am not sure what knap92 is asking for but for me personally feel it is not
enough to just have IPTV general discussion section, this is where this forum
is being left behind in the past.

IPTV is the future of our viewing habit and on other forums I frequent there are
dedicated section on types of IPTV boxes available, Android being the choice
and tutorials on getting the most out of XBMC/Kodi with how to load different
addons etc. VPN how to section to get around geo locked streams and with VPN
getting to see all 3pm kick off matches free of charge only with the cost of VPN
to consider.

Just having a general IPTV section puts me off posting there because I think it
will get lost and also it makes it hard for anyone searching for something.

That depends on the picture quality.

For sd-streams a normal connection is enough, for hd-quality a fast connection is very usefull.

Certainly you need a great bandwidth internet connection.
Habitually an optic fiber connection is the recommended to watch IPTV.
Probably IPTV will be the nearest future, but I think SAT TV is better because you don't need to have got a great bandwidth in order to watch HD broadcastings.
