I receive the new clines but my access to Premium Servers section is still blocked.
Can someone of the staff resolve the problem ?

Unless you have a valid Subscription to the Premium Server you will not be able to access that portion of the forum. Your status shows that you do not.

Did you recieve an e-mail from no.reply@wwcsale.com, and then send your details to satlover@gmail.com ?

My c-lines stopped working more than a week ago, and I've also recieved the e-mail about changed parameters.

Last time we were told not to send anything to satlover@gmail.com, as it could have been a fake e-mail.

nobody else.

I had premium status since 2012 i loose it and i don't know why. i have receive the new clines but i have not recover the status and the acces.
