Constant freezing

i'm having major freezing issues with premium server.Anyone else having problems?

Yeah, I'm a premium member but for some reason it doesn't display me as being one. I think there are others in the same boat!

your first port of call should be to do a reboot on your Router/Modem as in switch off completely at the wall socket leave for around a minute and then switch back on so that you get a clean line connection at the exchange, This also applys to Fibre connections as well.

If the problem persists after the reboot do a ping test to see what your line connection is like. Anything over 70ms will cause problems if your ping is good say around 30ms or under then its a problem with the other end (Server)

I did a reboot and a ping test (35ms) I also got a test line from another server and it was flawless, so I think the problem lies with the premium server.

On which packets, channels you have freezing?

Normally, as premium member you have 2 c-lines from satlover, the vip line and a simple line (server 1 and 2).
Did you noticed when the freezing is happens which line is used?

You can disable the line from server 2 to see if there is any improvement.

Of Course you can do as @digicon said, and also to reboot your box.
Maybe is just a random failure of the network.

Hi Kalpikos,

It's freezing on all packages (line ending 84). As I said it's working perfectly on the test line I got. I've done a reboot but still getting constant freezing when using satlover lines.

Update:- It's much better today :-)

i have the same problem Yesterday. i have very long freeze on all package. cline disconnect. I have reboot decoder and router but i have problem on all cline

Yeah, after I updated saying it was better, it started freezing again. Was ok when I checked this morning though.

since 6 days is impossible to see all package. ping is at 53ms..how can i solve??

Which c-lines are you using? Free or premium?

If you use one of the free lines from this forum you have to change it when the update from Satlover is happened.

Do you have access from your box on the net?
Can you download a plugin from the server of your image?

It seems that in the packet mentioned above, some channels are still open but they have a lot of freezing.
