Premium member not allowed to view post in Premium section

Hi,

Because of this e-mail issue many of us are having (real/fake e-mail asking us to send payment details and c-lines) I decided to visit this forum.

I have been a premium member for a long time now but when I logged in yesterday I was not allowed to view premium-posts anymore, today is the same.

Any idea why this is? My premium c-lines work as normal.

I'm also premium member and I haven't access to premium member since some months ago.
I haven't received this email but it is in vpsale.com (web for renew premium lines). These emails are very strange. In chat box moderators are saying not to respond but email for reply is from satlover. I have it since my first pm that Satlover send to me.
I hope that doubts will be solved soon.

In Italian forum super moderator Satman72 have posted a message that they are waiting information from satlover (they asked it about problem)

normally premiums nicknames are in light blue, yours not, must be the reason you don't have access to premium section. Guess it must be a software problem. Most important is that your premium lines are working as you paid subscription. We have to wait for reply from satlover to know what's wrong or not. Meanwhile we advice not to give personal info as reply on that mail as long till we get more info from satlover.

be sure, Ladies and Gentlemen,

as soon as we get info by Satlover all of you will get these informations, too.

The "light blue" as a sign for all of us that this nick is a Premium Member is off normally when your line-subscription expires,

please wait until Satlover has sorted this again,
itīs his job only, the rest of the staff is not involved in this theme.
