A suggestion:

In „Satellite Discussion (English)“ you have a pinned topic IPTV.

Perhaps for a better overview you start 2 topics, one called “IPTV - Howto and technical questions” and a second called “IPTV – actual adresses”.
As I said, only for a better overview because in the all-in-one topic the overview gets (a bit) lost.
