    Thank you satlover..
I used to have an account on a three months automatic update, Satlover decided that my money was not good enough, without warning my account was stopped and I was blocked via my ip address.
I guess this mail will be deleted but take my advice look else where. What you are paying in 2 months I now get 12 months and 99.5% FREEZE FREE with as many channels if not more.

It's high time satlover responded to the MANY e-mails, pms and tickets that have gone unanswered for far too long......totally unacceptable in my opinion!!

I'm not sure if this "systems" are really reliable.
There are actual some changes in the hole scene. I would be a bit carefull what I'm doing or writing.

                      The same problem here!

I paid the premium membership once with the new method, but since I renewed the subscription in the same way, I'm not receiving service. I wrote to both, Satlover and the company who manage the subscriptions and no answer...

                        Server premium is down.
Despite having opened a new ticket still no answer.
I do not think that the Sig.Satlover acts in bad faith, in fact I think he has a big problem to solve, nevertheless an explanatory message also on a general level would put everyone in a wait quieter.
                        thanks Malpreso.

How would you know that it is down if you do not have access to it? do you just mean that you have no connection to it? If indeed it is down for all which I would doubt, there would be a lot more posts about it. I suggest you wait a few more days to see if your problem is resolved.

                          Regards Mobley3

                            I apologize for my English.
I meant to say my account does not have the privilege premium, are now gone 12 days, am still waiting.
                            thanks Malpreso

I've given up and will be moving elsewhere. Very disappointing, currently out of pocket to the tune of 34 euros. Never thought Satlover was a rip-off provider but can't conclude anything else.

There must be problems satlover can't solve right away, he's not a rip off, all premium members always received their lines, yes sometimes there are delays dew to problems pity enough but salover always found solution. He's in charge of all servers, problems can also be external ones, whatever the reasons he will reply asap.
