    Is there a server problem?

    My lines have been down for 3 days and my avatar is no longer showing me as a premium member. I renewed my membership just a month ago and it was fine. No response to emails - anyone know what's going on?

      Are you sure that everything went ok with the renewing? There were some problems with that in the last month. Perhaps you should check the premium-payment.

        renewed a month ago and had no problem until last 3 days and have confirmation email from Satlover when renewal was done.

          Same here, down for three days now. PM'd Satlover a couple of days ago but no response. Very near renewal time so might have to look elsewhere. Pity as I've been quite happy with the service up to now.

            right, I have sorted this myself. apparently the subscription had run out. it appears it started on 12/9 even though I didn't get lines activated until 16/9. I had expected that it would automatically renew each month as it used to do but it looks like it doesn't. nor do you get any sort of reminder, your service just stops so be WARNED. it's a shame it has taken such an effort to work this out whilst I have been without service, a simple email from Satlover when I emailed about the problem would have saved all of this. The instructions for renewing have been far from clear as many others have noted. Of course i'll now probably have to wait 2 or 3 days for the lines to be reactivated I can only hope this post helps someone else.

              My premium membership renewed by recurring payment through new site on 12/10/13.
              Confirmation from site and Paypal but lines disconnected. Pm to Mr Satlover but nothing.

                i have the same problem, i have renew 4 days ago and i have received mail confirmation of payment from wwcompsale but my cl**e are offline. i have send every pm to mr satlover but he dont reply me.

                  as previously stated the registration process is a bit confusing. Does your e-mail confirmation say "invoice paid"? If not payment probably hasn't been taken.

                    Still down for me and due to renew end of the week. Guess I'll have to find somewhere else. Such a pity and I have been quite pleased with Premium Membership up to last week when it went down.

                          If it worked for rinaldi1 and others, it's the proof that satlover is honnest and never will take money and that premium server is working!!
                          There must be a problem in the registration, aparently confusing with "invoice paid" as rinaldi1 mention in post 9 in this thread. Sorry for that. Forum staff can't help more, satlover is in charge of all servers.
                          Rinaldi1 can you please mention here step for step the correct steps how to register please, thank you.

                          I signed up using my forum name and registered e-mail address, I also added that I have a new Paypal e-mail address in the notifications box.
                          I received an invoice now, the 10 euro did not get discounted even though I used the code.

                          When you create new account it will then create an invoice for your service you requested. Next you have to pay the invoice on the site, which takes you to PP login where all works as normal. PS just notced that PP automatic converts Euros to Sterling

                              then once an invoice has been created, go to the link in that e-mail to make payment. I didn't receive the 10 Euros discount either and despite messaging several times to this effect I still haven't received it.
