Help please

Hi there,

I renewed my premium membership on Sunday (6th Oct) and received an e-mail confirming receipt and stating payment would be taken within 24 hours. This morning my lines stopped working, my avatar changed to junior member and payment has still not been taken. I pm'd satlover but as yet have had no reply. Can anybody advise me what to do,

IF you ahve got the confirmation mail about your subscription payment, then just give some time and you should become premium soon. Remember to read how you should buy the subscription, maybee you forgot something.

Thanks for your reply. Checked again and it looks like my payment had not been sent...I've tried sending it again.

How long should it take? Paid my sub on Friday morning and my lines are still down!!
