    OK now, but I have another doubt...I didn't notice it at first, because I don't care so much about it to check every post, but is the counter blocked?

            this delays can also be caused by cloud big router maintenance ...

                I think also it must be a maintanance problem.
                One time I can login (but slow) and 15min later I even can not login anymore.
                It's also DNS related if you ask me since some of us have no proplems other does.
                ISP use different DNS servers and thats the awnser.

                    the dns is related to the address resolution
                    with small size message (<100bit), and occurs once,
                    at the very first stage of the communication settlement

                    here it is long time response to forum access,
                    related to http protocol,

                    when ip is known, and stored in arp local memory,
                    and dns server are not queried
