hello

i dont want to recive notifications from forum to my email
i tried to enter "Edit Options"

and untick but untell now nothing fixed

search for "subscripted threads" and unsubscribe to the post you are on

Does it not say at the end of the email that was sent to you, if you do not want further email's click here
