Problem with posting and downloading files

Not sure about this but my friend which is a member on this site has a problem because he cannot post or download anything from here.. is this a known problem pls ?

I have no problem with posting, but with uploading files wich are bigger that 5MB, and there is another problem with downloading, actually just 1 times was my request for download sucessfull, other times download don't work. It doesn't matter if im trying it in home, work on next computer i didnot get the files. For instance i would like to download satlover-cccam plugin, but it won't work!

yes I've been trying it this way aswell, but it download just zip file of size 43 bytes

I'm using Mozilla Firefox 3.6.23, Internet Explorer 9 none of these are working.

I have just tried to download file nothing happening maybe download area is under going service

i think its because of an internal error which is caused by a server crash. there are a lot of (older) files which you cant download (white screen/nothing happens) because they are not in the database. i might be wrong
